Royal Navy visits TRADOC

Rear Adm. Clink visited TRADOC to discuss the Army Learning Concept, or ALC 2015, and gained an understanding on the governance and strategy required for the implementation and sustainment of ALC 2015. Clink also developed an understanding of support structures and organizational and cultural change mechanisms that underpin ALC 2015. The two-hour session was conducted on behalf of Brig. Gen. Robert Ulses, TRADOC G-3/5/7.
